Farscape: TV Guide Insider (2001) Interviews

The TV Guide Channel runs television listings 24 hours a day. While the bottom half of the screen shows listings, the top half shows previews, interviews, commercials, etc...

During much of January 2001, the TV Guide channel would periodically broadcast an "Insider" program featuring the cast of Farscape. The problem for scapers is that the broadcast schedule was very unpredictable, which made catching the interviews on TV very unlikely. Good thing VCRs have timers.

The interviews were conducted during the official Farscape convention in 2000. The cast talks about the show, the makeup, and the fans.

I liked the character of Zhaan ( Virginia Hey ) ..I don't know why she left the show..I wonder if she wished she had stayed with it ?

This was the TV guide channel at its best, before they decided to banish the program listings earlier this month. Now I have to spend $30 to get a program listings guide subscription because I have basic cable. In protest of what TV Guide did to their network, I chose "Channel Guide" instead of "TV Guide" when I finally subscribed to a program listings magazine.

I wish I had discovered the great show, "Farscape" earlier!! I am so pround that the show is basically Aussie Made, and get to know the great actors like ben & Claudia.

What day was this recorded? This was recorded seven days after Elizabeth's sixteenth birthday. When this was recorded, Alex Clark was a young teenager. Sam Haskell's younger daughter was a young teenager, too. She was almost fourteen.
