Teachings are merely on: How to Be Happy, Prosperous, Solve their Stress in Life Problems, How to Have a Better Life Now, etc. Can you imagine hearing John the Baptist, Noah, Peter, or Paul Preaching Sermons like: "Discover Your Self-Confidence", or "Let's Feel Good About Ourselves: God's Way to the Good Life", or how about: "Self-Love: the Dynamic Force of Success...?" These are the actual Book Titles of "Christian" Author Robert Schuller! Jesus NEVER preached such HERESY! This is all Contrary to God's Word. Much of the Word of Faith Movement Preaches a HALF-HEARTED WARM & FUZZY "gospel" that "tickles people's ears" (2 Tim 4:3-5). Their Teaching merely makes people FEEL GOOD about themselves— Temporarily— for this Life. Would Noah ever have Preached "God has a Wonderful Plan For Your Life"?...and then sudden destruction happens? So many of the Health & Wealth Word of Faith Prosperity Preachers Preach & Teach a different gospel that "TICKLES PEOPLE's EARS" (2 Tim 4:3-5). Jesus is Coming back to JUDGE THE WORLD (2 Thess 1:7-9), and we are to instead be WARNING THE WORLD to REPENT & BELIEVE THE GOSPEL! (Mark 1:15, Acts 20:21, Acts 17:30-31), or they will Perish FOREVER! (Rom 2:5-6,7-8,9-10, Acts 17:30-31). God's Love for us made a way of Escape from God's Wrath thru Jesus Christ. I'm Catholic. but I'm so glad that this is being exposed among Protestants. Once I called Kenneth Copeland ministries, after he said that Jesus wanted him to own a Cadilacc. I called in and said, "Christ didn't promise ME a car; He promised me a Cross." They had no answer to that contradiction.

Its Christlike to be more concerned about others and those in need than yourself. Prosperity gospel is all about me me me. My car, my house, my health...maybe it would be better if we are encouraged to give so that people in 3rd world countries could have better health, better homes, more water, better education. How about the prosperity of others. I'd rather sell my Cadilacc so that a mother down the street could feed her kids. Or i'd rather not get well unless nd until that sick child's wel!

So "Prosperity Gospel" intends to gather people with sin (lust, gluttony, greed, heresy etc..) and a majority of people fall for it.
