Does GOD call on us to mitigate evil, or to stand against evil? Is killing one child less evil than killing two? Tell me, how many lives were saved, if it held any value, how many lives were saved by that bill... objectively, how many lives..?

Jake, at this point, someone of even average intelligence would realize 1) I'm simply smarter than you 2) I know more about the subject matter than you and 3) I'm simply better at this (debating) than you are.

Your tactics are simply repulsive. You merely pull stuff out of your ass and hope nobody will notice. Update: I NOTICE. You have probabably gotten away with this for months...without anyone actually checking the veracity of your claims. Well, your fun stops here.

Jake, please cite your source for the definition of "unalienable rights " meaning "those rights which we come together in agreement." (Yes...i'm going to rub your nose it it....yet again.) Ps....citing "my ass" is not proper authority.

Why do you insist on just making things up and hoping I won't check? You want the laundry list of shit you just made up and tried to pass off as fact?

Jake, honestly do you feel comfortable just making definitions....Supreme Court holdings....Greek translations. I mean this is just getting pathetic. At some point you would think..."Hey...maybe I should actually look up the defintions of inalienable and/or unalienable to see if i have a clue what i'm talking about." I mean did you actually think I was going to accept your definition.

YOu just make shit up as you go along don't you. Inalienable in unalienable are the same thing. Here is a dirct quote from the dictionary. "unalienable - Inalienable and unalienable are interchangeable for "unable to be taken away from or given away by the possessor." It has nothing to do with the fact that we came up with them together. It's the assertion that our rights cannot be taken away. Not..."they can't be taken away except if....."

no, the founders insisted upon UNalienable rights, not the same as INalienable. in submitting to constitutional government, we agree to submit to certain laws, making certain rights indeed alienable. Unalienable rights are those by which we come together in agreement.

No Jake, I'm not assuming any such thing. I am saying that YOUR claim and the founder's claims that our rights come from god and are inalienable is in direct contravention of reality. IF our rights were inalienable...THEY could not be taken away...period..end of story. Look up the word inalientable. How is it that man can take away god given rights Jake? Your entire post actually ignored the question I presented. Shocking little bit of moving the goalposts

...person to person, as in civil court, or the state acting on the behalf of its citizen(s) as in criminal court in violation not so much of law, since they are the definition of certain rights, but of an individual's "unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness."
