MSNBC Lockup Raw: Hard Time

MSNBC producers found that some inmates spend almost as much of their hard time outside of their cells as they do in them, getting "extracted" from behind bars on almost a daily basis.

Updates: Roy is now paroled, and is happily married. He and his wife are living in Colorado. His twin brother, Ray, is also paroled and living in Colorado.

@MegaCrazycatt Its about control. They want a say in what they do; they don't want someone pushing them around and telling them what to do. Its like a defiant teenager who doesn't listen to the parent. The parent tells them to do something, they don't; a rebellion of sorts. But ultimately, the inmates want control of the situation; this being such a case.
