@sasuke2277 I find it relatively easy to make friends, it's keeping them that's the hard part. I can go out and be sociable once every blue moon but it drains all my energy and I end up locking myself away for months afterwards. I find forcing myself to be sociable is pretty counter productive and just strengthens my feelings of social anxiety.

@DeviantPsyche1 i agree it's not for everyone. But it has definitely taken the edge off of my worse panic attacks, and allowed me to come much farther much quicker then I would have previously.

i don't see how its possible to make friends with social anxiety disorder. I can't talk to people very easily. and i can't send the conversation to the other person.

its not impossible, anyone can make friends. Being shy and having social anxiety does make it a bit trickier, the advice I can give you on that would be join a gym, or some group activity where you can meet people with a similar interest, and just try striking up a conversation.
