I was downtown in Austin (home) and was paying a parking meter when I looked up and saw this huge OWL looking at me! Actually its the frost bank tower but wanted to wake him up my own way:)

no actually this building has nothing to do with any illuminati shit, the architect who designed this building was a graduate from rice university. when he designed the building rice and UT had a huge rivalry and he designed it this way to "humiliate" austin and UT but whatever he made a badass looking building

The owl is another symbol that represents the all seeing eye on the dollarbill. It means: We see everything and you are in darkness and have no clue.
