  • Oil is running out only for the private multinational oil companies, that is what it is all about.

    They are being more and more marginalized from the worlds oil reserves.

    Russia, Venezuela, Iran, Saudi Arabia etc. These countries have become more and more hostile to the western corporations and have more control over there oil and gas.

    BP invests money in alternative fuels as THEY are running out of oil.

  • Good statement about the Gore Bandwagon - anyone with a slight bit of intelligence can play Chicken Little and shout about climate change. What we need to hear more about is applicable and researched solutions. Canadian oil companies for example are developing highly innovative technologies on Carbon Capture and Sequestration.
