did this with a gravity farm, it has all types of mobs in there. my only problem is that i have it set so i can hit them in their feet, only it doesnt damage them. any tips?

I'm doing it with zombies and they jump around so it's nearly impossible to hit them. What's your trick to stopping this?

@remsat10 For zombies, I've tried having them drop onto an iron bar, then I can just stand under them and attempt to hit them (not always pointing the mouse at them :| ).
