because London hadnt seen snow like that for 20yrs and they dont see the point of wasting millions of tax payers money on snow moving equipment. the snow doesnt last long there so they just enjoy it.

the video makes it look like nothing, other parts like up north its 10x times worse and it causes major problems. also, england is not called canada, we dont usually have snow that often, let alone in large quantities, besides, who cares what you think, get a life you stupid fuckwit.

Hi Tick10000, I live in Australia now, but I was born and bred in Yorkshire. I saw a lot of heavy snow in my time, certainly more than a couple of cms. Drifts that topped the stone walls ... my point was only to state for the benefit of Americans who think the Brits are idiots for not being able to drive in heavy snow that this particular London snowfall is really, really, really unusually heavy.
