i think most of the people who comment here dont know what they talk about. i think youre good. maybe youre throwing too much air out and thats why it sounds louder. im not sure about this but id say you make it vibrate all you can and thats why it sounds more like a sound rather than a voice. try finding a middle point. although it might just be the sound quality...
