Penn Quite - LOL!
He gave up - period. He'd get is ass kicked by Uriah Faber and he better take Kenny Florian seriously, because if he doesn't Florian will knock him out on his feet - shin to the head and one sleepy, out of shape Hawiian.
He was training with boulders @ the beach - LOL!
I was severly disappointed in BJ's performance. I am left with the impression that Penn doesn't take training seriously and skates by, for the most part, on raw talent.
