Perfect Winged Eyeliner Tutorial

I re-uploaded this video because I wanted to re-edit and add more info. I tried explaining the best I could and hope this is helpful to anyone trying to master the winged eyeliner or even lining the top lashline :)


Products used:
Wet n Wild Cream eyeliner- black
Tarte Cosmetics double ended eyeliner/smudge brush

@ScarlettEmpress Thank you, they don't look that great before I fill them in lol I have an eyebrow tutorial if you wanna check it out, though I've been using brown eyeshadow lately and just wetting the brush. I'll have to do an updated tutorial soon.
