@MrKarosaki or not, it could be a4gb version with no hdd in it. i have the same issue, and i obviously cant do the hdd trick has it doesnt have one :D

It's not death, 360 consoles are immortal unless an outside force acts upon it such as water/spills/drop kicking, you get the point. This is a warning that your console could have over heated, which can be cause by dust build up internally or something else blocking air flow, or that your hard drive is not inserted properly. The new console rarely over heats and takes several days of non-stop gaming, but if it does it will signal you and power off automatically after several minutes/seconds.
