Aww Jill Stuart is mad love!! I actually adoree the jelly eyes soo much..but its a little tricky on how u apply it. I experienced what u you said too initially. You can use it as a base below your e/s for minimal shimmers and if you are applying on top of it, dont take too much product and apply on your lids by spreading fast...try not to apply layers over layers cuz its gonna be like so cakey and all messed up with the e/s. hehes.hope this helps and enjoy ur hauls ((x
