i live in jasper, and this still haunts our city, many blacks i know are even scared to drive on the road. who is so cold as to take peace of mind away from jasper texas citizens? R.I.P, AND MAY GOD BLESS AND WATCH OVER THE FAMILY WHO HAS SUFFERD THIS TRAGIC LOSS.

I remember when this happen I live not far from Jasper and I still get scared when I go down there. It's scary to think that a quite little town were I spent sometime with family is now a place I don't like going to anymore.

I see all these awful comments on this. Whites aren't bad, blacks aren't bad, no single one race is bad. It's just people in general. There are bad people everywhere that do awful things. Why is everyone attacking the other races? Look inside other people. Never judge a book by it's cover. You do that and you'll be surprised how many wonderful, kind people you will meet. Instead of saying the things I'm reading on here. Let's all say "Fuck the heartless killers". I think that's more appropriate.

i am from jasper... and what happened to him was so wrong. My dad sat on the city council when this happened and he was lost for words. This haunts jasper and its something people will always tie us to.. God bless his soul.
