@mrwiggles2 My Engine test area is about a 6 foot by 6 foot area that doubles as my machinists area when checking tolerances and rebuilding carbs and the like. There's two more work station areas. One is the heavy work area which is where all the spare parts converge then the engine display side which also doubles as the wood working, metal working area. With a Lathe coming in, I have to re think the whole set up to accommodate the 1950s behemoth. Cheers Sir Wiggles!!! Good hearing from you!

@oologahan It sure seems that way my friend! I have a theory that I go by......if I can't get it running within a week, it's a parts engine...lol. Thanks for the Kudos my Friend!!!!!!

Ahh the run forever 10 HP Horizontal.good time to pull the oil pan and clean up the sludge. For me it;s a good time to clean up the carbon and lube the valves.
If it weren't for the single screw at the bottom of the shroud it would be easy to pull clean and repaint. pulling the engine solves a lot of problems. The old S/Gs had a lot of mass, and power capable of dissipating a lot of heat

@MagicCadillac Thanks Kay! I love a challenge and an engine that has sat for years certainly qualifies. I hope you're well my good Friend!
