in acest episod se face la gratar o friptura de vita ( rib eye ). Se lasa la foc direct 4 minute pe fiecare parte ( 3 minute pentru a fi mai in sange, sau 5-6 minute sa fie mai patrunsa).

  • rib eye este acelasi cu prime rib sau sunt total diferite?

    Prime rib este o sectiune cu 6 sau mai multe rib eye.

  • E carne de vita din Romania sau de prin alte parti, caci din cate stiu eu cea de la noi nu se face in 4-5 min. pe o parte si pe alta. Cea din alte parti da! Oricum arata super...si cred ca e la fel de gustoasa.
