Another problem im finding is that when i click it it takes around10 secounds to acctualy show the blue box!

CS3 is going to load faster becuase it doesnt have much presets on it than newer versions

It looks like there was not a significant change, i mean, not so u can notice on your pc, one thing that should be turned off (CS4 only i guess) is the openGL drawing thing, at least for me; i get really poor performance and graphic glitches when using PS with that on :/ ; bad drivers?? Idk, thanks fir the tip anyway
