Where is my puppy shirt?

Hi Bruce,

I'm having a lot of trouble with an order I made with you over Amazon. The order ID was 433-1823492-5082793. Its an order for one (1x) Medium Adorable Puppy Shirt. It seems you guys sent me the shirt a few weeks ago, but it never arrived. You kindly re-sent another shirt, and included a tracking number.

I woke with great anticipation this morning, as the tracking number informed me that today would be the big day for me and my puppy shirt. I waited and waited. The mail came. No puppy shirt. I continued to hope out of pure desperation...but the shirt never came...

An hour or so ago, I checked the tracking number again, thinking it might provide me with some information on what might've happened to the package. However, the tracker said that it had been delivered at 10:30 AM this morning!!! That didn't happen. I'm not sure if you guys are addressing the package incorrectly, or what...I've never had trouble getting mail at this address...and I order a LOT of stuff.

I have tried to compress my emotional state into a short YouTube video.

I hope we can work together to figure out what's happening to these puppy shirts. I am desperate.
