I bit on the windy, cold, and bad sky day for a maiden flight but she flew very nicely.

  • Sadly, no....It was a Carl Goldberg ARF.

  • Wheel pants generally snag on grass, ruts, etc...so I do not normally install them.

  • I checked the wings after that landing and didn't find anything scraped. Next time, I'll land with a little more speed.

  • have picked up same plane but with out wings.... would you the ablity to copy the wing plans and sell them?

  • Are these kits being manufactured anymore?

  • whats 10-300 mean?

  • At any rate, most modelists don't really count the cost - it would take all the fun out of it.

  • "Cheap" is a relative notion. I've got the same Ultimate and you can figure it at around $1000 by the time you get the kit built with engine (OS 91FX), standard servos (nothing fancy), receiver, battery and the fiberglass cowling and pants. It is probably a little more than that if you count all the bells and whistles that you add to it (faster servos, better hardware, etc.). The you have to have a standard transmitter - another $250-400.

  • Hey, I've got the same BiPlane & was wondering why the wheel pants were not done? Wouldn't floats work on snow? I think the decals would make your plane also look better.Just an opinion of mine.I likeuhh tha Asian accent toward the end.I'll be doing my Ultimate 10-300 a different color pattern all together.Nice plane you've got though, no doubt.
