Bah, who needs Julie when we have Lindsay, Paris, Britney to serve as public examples (extremely public examples) of Women Who Get Ahead In the 21st Century? Or is that public examples? Or Getting Head? I just can't spell. What do I know?

Lots of tv shows do pranks and tell stories to entertain themselves between takes. There's a lot of waiting around and repetition in these things.

Personally I find these rehearsals as exciting as the final product. It´s a good opportunity to watch the work of a large team of professionals..interesting indeed

It's one of the many rental props from "Modern Props" that makes the scifi film circuit.

The flashing lights machine showed in 00:10 was also used on Star Trek II and in Star Trek The Next Generation series. This device would not surprise me if appear in a future episode of s Sci Fi film or series. But nobody knows what this device is supose to do :-)

I wish TV would show more Faye Grant's Julie's than they do. I wonder how many girls & young women were inspired by Grant's Julie to go into scientific careers. I know I've read that a lot of women in their 20's & early 30's say they were.
