Donkey Kong Country 3 (GBA) - Glitch in Tidal Trouble

This is a video of the GBA American version of Donkey Kong Country 3. There is a glitch in Tidal Trouble at the end. At the end, you'll see a Krusha (which a lot of people seem to call Knocka) and a crack in the ground at the end. If you're Dixie, and you throw Kiddy onto this crack, the part of the bridge will break, and you can go down for an extra life.

Now, the glitchy part: You can get the Krusha (a.k.a. Knocka) down into this pit. Once it's down, though, it can't get back out (unless you scroll off the screen). It will stay in midair, and when it runs, it will run in midair. Funny.

UPDATE: This glitch doesn't work in the European or Japanese versions of the game.

I tried it and it didn't work. Does it only works when you have Kiddy as the selected character?, or does it works with Dixie too? Because I did it with Dixie.

It should work with both characters... what happens when the Krusha/Knocka falls down that crack?

It just fall down and that's it, when I go to the left, he's there.

That's... weird. My only guess is that they fixed it in the Spanish version or something...

OK, I just downloaded a ROM of the European version of the game and tested this glitch... it doesn't work in that version. I guess it only works in the American version. Strange.

the barrel enemy is called knocka..krusha is the blue muscle kremling from the first donket kong country

krusha is the big blue guy in DKC, this guy is called...well i dont know, i'll have to ask the DK expert on my site lol
