  • HEY, AEAI...i'm a new subscriber...was looking for a good sleeping schedule for my weird life...and look what i found. i will definitely give it a good try! BUT...are you polyphasic these days? whether or not you are, i'm sure you can address some of these concerns: does age matter? does a bad/compromised immune system matter? does this affect sex? does it tamper with allergies? --> what about when you get sick: do you continue being polyphasic? or do you get plenty of rest? <-- THANKS!!!

  • @HowDaddyIsDoing 1. Nope, I ended it, you should see the other video from this day. 2. I doubt it, but I wouldnt try this if I was under 17 because of the unknown side effects if any 3. No, I have a pretty weak immune system regardless of sleep, so I got sick a few times, it's normal for me, if you have a VERY weak immune system it will be hard, becuase your body NEEDS sleep when it is sick and will force you into it. 4. I am abstinent before marriage (a virgin) so I wouldntknow 4. Not allergic-

  • @HowDaddyIsDoing 4 cont. Not allergic to anything I know of, but if you suffer night allergies you won't lack any exposure, like being asleep, so this could be hard to grapple with. 5. Your body forces you to sleep, check out my entire video series, I got swine flu during my sleeping times and I talk about how that affected my sleep.

  • I managed to adapt to the Dymaxion sleep schedule in just 3-4 days by meditating before naps: it keeps you in the mindset to stay with the schedule as long as you continuously focus on your goal. I suppose acupuncture without needles can be added to the "meditation" to make it even more powerful, as it can remove temptations that can interfere with the main goal. This can work the same for vegetarians too... It's basically a method to turn intentions into actions, and clear your path to success!

  • @darrenvh I would have fallen asleep during meditation at some points during the adaptation. Thanks!

  • @aeia THANKS SO MUCH for all the information/suggestions. stay healthy!

  • aeia! I love your videos. thanks so much for the insight on polyphasic sleep. I have been wondering, have you switched back to uberman since you made this video, or are you still monophasic? you should definitely make another video soon to keep us updated!

  • I was raw vegan for two months. It's not too hard to transition, if you do something more drastic before. I went 4 days on a water fast, and it was an easy transition. After my raw food diet, I became vegetarian (because the diet before was more intense).

  • I love your message and your personality, you're beautiful!

  • @sepkora Saluton. Kiel vi umas?
