@Guildwars55 No, different things for different tastes. American tastes go towards the sexual, so you get the Hooters with tiny little tank tops. Japanese tastes (or a good bit of them) go towards the cute. Cuteness has a large impact on Japanese culture at large; heck, even their police stations sometimes have cute little anime mascots.
