60 Days with Nat Jones review of Men's Fitness Dumbbell Workout. Short on time and you need to solid workout to keep it together. Men's Fitness Dumbbell Workout does just that, it will keep your muscles balance and strengthen your core. I gave this routine a 4 star rating. I felt it could have been a little bit more intense. However for a 30 minute workout it gets the job done.

  • yo how can this workout take only 30 minutes... if u do it with 45 second ret times in between sets that alone takes like 30 minutes. not to mention the time spend actually working out. does it recommend that u don t rest in between sets? someone clear this up for me?

  • @SuperKungfujoe workout time is suggested, doesn't include warming up and cooling down. As far as resting between sets, rest between 30-60 seconds as needed. For me I generally rest enough time to make sure I can complete the set reps, getting the most out of the workout. I went back in to the info for this video and included the workout breakout in the description. Let me know if this helps.

  • Great form, great exercises. I remember reading about it. I think. The Single Leg Deadlift makes me think of the Good Mornings with alterations. Nice little workout for those that can't stick to long term time slots. Glad to see you are ok as well.

  • bg, Thank You, your comments keep me going.

  • @dubaholicstyle You just don't get it, do you? I don't think you get a lot of things. Let me break it down nice and slow: the description debriefs you on what you're seeing in the video. If I'm browsing through video descriptions, I want to know what I'm about to watch.

  • Is that a toaster you're lifting?

  • @2007dillon2007 15lb on each would be a good starting point

  • @TheGreyMew

You may want to listen to what he say's properly and you would hear i give this 4 stars not 5 stars because... !!

  • Thank you Nat for putting these videos out!! I must admit that i stumbled upon your channel when i was researching how to do the spartacus workout and I have been a fan ever since. I don't care what anyone else says your awesome for putting out these instructional videos and making it easier for all of us average joe's to get a good workout at home. I will be trying this workout for at least 60 days before i move on to Spartacus 2.0!! God bless and keep the videos coming!!

  • You rated it 4 out of (an indefinite # of stars). Is it 4/5 or 4/10? You may want to update this information in your description, and also your other video descriptions.

  • boo. go fast. try not to rest. ever.

  • Great exercises thank you.

  • Nat, I'm 49 years old and am getting into a workout regiment for the first time in years. I was wondering how much weight I should start with. I am 6 ft. 225 pounds. Also my sons who are 10 and 8 years old want to do it with me but I'm not sure what the guide lines are for kids and free weights. I get conflicting information. Do you have any info on this matter ?

  • How much weight?? I'm using 30 pounds I just started.
