Watchin' a lot of hand planting here that's only half-assed, this isn't an insult, sayin' watch yer hand placement. Yer feet don't loosly grip the ground, neither should your hands. Some people have it down tho! I'm glad that this is spreading in Vancouver! Poor gardens! Stop jumpin' on the flowers, lols! And PKBC... I know ya wanna charge $120 for 8 classes, but UNLIMITED capoeira classes are that much... the economy blows. Want more students, reduce the costs! Thanks lots 4 the FREE runs tho!!

O man. So there are traceurs in Vancouver that perform. Well I wouldn't know, since I don't go downtown that often. Hey - btw, is there like a age limit in being part of your video? My new year's resolution is to be part of a parkour video. XD

Hey, There is no age limit in parkour well I mean its not the discipline that 9 years old and younguer would practice. We usaly practice in north van because we live there so if you live close send just reply to this message.
