This is a time when a lot of even decent people are going crazy, as these are crazy times. Serenity and compassion are now more necessary than ever! By the time this video finished, I was crying for joy and delight !!!

I've been feeling depressed and suicidal a lot lately myself, but I've been finding that showing serenity and compassion are wonderful therapy, restoring the connectedness to all others even if they can't perceive it. And yes, I've made my share of mistakes too... ;)
