The reason why slow cooking works with eggs and everyone loves them is because everyone likes their eggs slightly under-cooked. SERIOUS! I'll gladly risk Salmonella poisoning for really severely undercooked eggs.
Poached eggs is numero uno on my mind when it comes to really under-cookness. A cut on the yolk to see it oozing out is really sextifying!
