My faux movie trailer - I've been wanting to make one for ages, despite the fact there are lots of really good ones around already. Anyway, this is my own little tribute - hope you enjoy it.

Thanks for your comments on my Bar Keep Video. Loved this one of yours. I love it when people edit to the music. The video is ten times beter than the ones with just there favourite images. For me the music comes first. What is the piece of music called that you uesed.

Thanks for the nice comments. :-) The music is 'Escape' by Craig Armstrong. It's been used in various things, in different mixes. Most notably 'Dark Angel' and 'Plunkett and Macleane'.

ooh, forgot, the only thing I really didn't like about this video is the way the music keeps cutting back, it just doesn't sound right, better if it went straight through.

I know what you mean - the problem was, I *really* liked the piece of music - it fitted the mood I wanted to convey perfectly. The only problem was that it was about 1 minute long! So I needed to try and extend it. As I don't have any proper music editing software, I got it as seamless as possible, but unfortunately, you can still hear the join. :-( Am tempted to have a go at remaking it, but I have some others in the pipeline at the mo. Perhaps when I get a spare couple of days...

If people cant tell that DS9 was best and TNG second best they have a perception problem or havent watched all series. Another fact is that it seems as though about 4/5ths or more people who have watched star trek have not watched DS9. Of course the professional TV critics different from the people; they admitted that DS9 was the best written, best acted star trek and it was on TV guide cover 10 times.

By far the most epic Trek series. I've been a star trek for twenty years, and I still remember seeing the Final Frontier in theaters. I was 5. EVIL MUST BE OPPOSED.

DS9 was the best Star Trek series ever, especially when the Dominion war started. Weyoun was my fav bad guy, Sisko my fav Star Fleet captain. Hated when they ended the series. Still Awesome though! and loved your vid!

good video but perhaps you should do one without so many scenes from the finale since it might spoil it for someone who hasn't seen it yet. I've been showing DS9 to my wife for a while and I've shown her a couple of the trailers from youtube but I'm afraid to show her this one because it might spoil too many things. It's definitely a good video for those of us who have seen all of DS9 already though.

Oooh, awesome video. :D I love that you used the line "Evil must be opposed", because that came from a great scene in the show, but I was a little disappointed that you didn't actually use that scene. Maybe you thought it would be too obvious. Oh well, still fantastic. ^^
