it sounds better in 240p for some reason

It's amazing how much more I've taken from this movie and applied to real life then anything I've learned in school to better myself: not caving in when life gets hard, being myself, and taking on and overcoming new challenges in order to grow.

If you're willing to go through all the battling you gotta go through to get to where you wanna get, who's got the right to stop you?

Best thing about part 6 was that many parts of it felt autobiographical from Stallone, here could be just as easily applied to the 'experts' telling him he should never attempt another Rocky movie for example. The number of self appointed experts who tried telling him 'no', it's his movie, his creation, and he followed his dream and guess what, it turned out to be a fantastic movie.

@bleep77 Agree 100%. Sylvester is not only a great screenwriter but he also knows how to deliver the words on screen. He should have been nominated as Best Actor. Rocky Balboa was such a great inspirational movie it's unfortunate the Academy of Arts and Science didn't acknowledge it as best screenplay. I love all Rocky movies but this one is one of my very favorites.
This rocky part is Mature ... no slug, no boyish stuff, no flying kick-ass action.... just powerful scripting is what makes this as good as Rocky 1

Sylvester Stallone was overlooked at the 2006 Oscars for his excellent script for Rocky Balboa. This is one of the most powerful scenes in the movie. It is also proof that Sly Stallone CAN act!
