@Zoza15 Amy's voice has improved alot since Fallen, she can hit really low notes, such as the ones in Snow White Queen and she can hit higher ones you can hear it on their new album.

@oOoclemyoOo I know alot more Female Lead Singers that sings alot better than Amy Lee..

Simone Simons, Floor Jansen, Tarja Tururen, Sharon Den Adel..

But above all I do think Floor Jansen is the Winner in this category.

I know how Amy Lee sings, she sings good, but her line tone is still pretty much medium in how high she can reach her voice, Sharon does win in that Category as well.

@oOoclemyoOo I think if anything, the instrumentation would make vocal comparison harder. In simpler songs, like this one and like My Immortal, you can just hear the voices without anything muddling them.

Just compare the "Please say my name, remember who I am" part of this song with "I tried so hard to tell myself that you're gone" bit of the other. I'm not going to make a judgment, but I will say that it's NOT that band that makes the singer.

@OfShadowandSubstance Hmmmmmm. I not agree fully... Maybe the thing that makes Sharon sound like this is the awesome instrumental behind ? I really LOVE her, but we must not underestimate the rest of the band who, I think, is better than Evanescence's. So, I find Amy's voice very special... above all in "My immortal". Sorry if my sentences are incomprehensible, I'm French, actually :)
