    This product (99-8231) is not compatible with Toyota Camry 2003. Not satisfied with the product. Missing manual and screws. On the original metal brackets came with the car, there are two clips on top of the bracket that secure the panel where on this product, its missing and not designed correctly. I wish you could come up with something better.
