Heya Tim, great video, I'm especially interested as I've dislocated my both shoulders, quite seriously, over 8 times.Pain! I've represented my country, Ireland at amateur schoolboy level as a goalkeeper in field hockey, winning a European Silver medal, plus I'm hella keen on physical activities but my shoulder weakness really inhibits my life. Thanks for both books, and your dedication, I'm a huge fan. Your help and advice would be amazing as I can't afford surgery and Im not covered.
