3 sets of 20 reps is too much for me. I can only do 10 at a time any tips ?

yeh thats right,especially woth bodyweight exercises, because with weights, you can always add more weights, with your bodyweight, its not as easy. one thing which i feel is important is when doing crunches never touch shoulder blades to the floor, between reps. 10 reps like this owuld equal about 30 reps with touching to the floor in between reps.

Thanks for posting this, so how many a day would be good? I mean the usual? 3 sets of 10 reps?

Crunches you should be able to do some more reps. Something like 3 sets of 20 I think is a good starting point for a beginner.

That's a great idea to change it up. Variations of an exercise is important to keep your body from plateauing.
