  • Wow she made that look so easy. I can't wait to try this out.

  • the gain of your talent is inspiring. however ,you aid two things that have almost never have been mentioned in any videos before. one ; putting down an image before washing the paper. I guess that step was to be assumed. two about the weight. that 200 lb or heavier for tolarating heavy washes. again videos stress 300lb for artist weight, but not why. its almost considered a given. I also like that you are sharing your palette and studio setup,;not every video does that.

  • She is so talented! Though the vid is short I agree with the others when I say that this is nevertheless both informative and very inspiring. As someone new to watercolors I can tell you.... it's much more difficult than it looks!

  • Thank you Marianne - I am nearly brave enough to try this technique! Love your work and your willingness to share.

  • @zeira9

  • Thank you, Marianne! What an inpsiring and easy to follow video!

  • Thx for this nice video.

Wet in wet - one name springs to mind: Bob Ross.

I don't paint, but I imagine it's quite hard to leave the white spots in the right place so that in the finished painting they can give shape to the petals.

  • What a treat to watch Marianne painting!

I have taken one acrylic floral class with her and learnt a few very useful tricks.

The video has inspired me to try watercolor. Thank you for sharing your experise Marianne.
