Chloe is a forms phenom, there are many clips out there of CB but this defintely one of my personal favourite breakdown demonstrations.

Before you do that, you must train your balance. The best way is to stay on one fot, azt kick 10 times, and than change. And the next step is the flexibility :) And than you can back to see this vid :)

I've been doing Martial Arts for nearly 40 years, and I can personally attest to how challenging this is. Chloe makes it look effortless, but it's not; you need flexibility (obviously), but you also need a LOT of strength and endurance.
Much respect to Chloe for her hard work in getting to 4th-Dan level in her art, and for continuing to set a great example for the rest of us women in the various Martial Arts. She's an inspiration! ^_^
