I cant see to great, I'm watching this on a smartphone.
Thats why Liza is true talent and one of the biggest legends to ever grace the cultural world.
She sees other talent and then works with them and or gets them noticed in their own right. I don't think I can count on one hand any other star who does that in such a way!

I love how she can still bring down the house, even when she isn't in the best voice. She had just had vocal surgery a couple of months before this was filmed.. and was still recovering. Liza is simply the best! She has what you call "it"!

I am not saying she made it because she is Judy's child, I am saying she had great talent like her mother. It is in the genes.

She made her own! That's why "God bless the child" is still sung by her! Sure, if your Liza, it was easy to be interviewed for a job, but she needed her incredible talent to be LIZA! And yes, I'll concede that a lot of it is genetic. But then, why was LIZA a superstar and Lorna never achieved this lofty goal. Liza got that Drive from her Mama and her dreams from her Father!

Fight on Liza! I remember seeing this on TV when it aired and I hunted for years to find a recording of her singing it. It gave me chills, campy male chorus and all. I'm so happy to finally have this video you have no idea.
HIV devastated a generation. I had to throw out my address book because it seemed on every page was the name of someone I'd loved that I watched die from this terrible disease. I was tired of bursting into tears every time I looked at it.
