King's Bounty: The Legend - Gameplay #1: Blind Hugh [PC]

In order to enter the Pirate Brotherhood on the Eastern Isles, I must pass a "Trial of Courage" (though it seems like I'm simply cleaning up the Pirate's troubles). All I need to do is get through an underground passage without dying. I try to approach the local undead resident, Blind Hugh, in a peaceful way, but Hugh thinks I'm a pirate and a harsh battle ensues.

I lost a lot of good men that day...

King's Bounty: The Legend is a TBS/RPG hybrid by Russian developer Katauri Interactive. It is partially based on the classic King's Bounty game by Jon Van Caneghem and New World Computing, which was the spiritual predecessor of the Heroes of Might and Magic series. It's effective combination of wacky humour, challenging turn based combat, highly rewarding exploration and cheerful graphics make this game a pure winner. It's one of my favourite games of 2008.

@novato455 The amount of creatures in your army depend on your leadership score. The amount of leadership depends on class, skill, and items. Each creature has a leadership pr. creature score. E.g. so if you have 100 leadership you can have 10 creatures which each require 10 leadership. You cannot have 2 identical creature stacks which both reach the leadership cap. You can (as I recall it) have more of an identical creature type in your reserve.

hey mate whats the maximun number of creatures that you can have in this game? could be thousands like in the heroes series?
