i went the same year (2006) trek 705-f1--maybe we ran into each other?
best experience of my life.

I was in a three man tent in June - July 2005. But it was our tent we brought. I don't know if we broke any rules. I'm sure the philmont website would have the information for tents.

Really me too I'm nervous what day u going?

and that train ride must of sucked we're flying from NJ

i cant wait im going July 18 til the 1st....

i went last year and i ended at turkey creek
it was a very fun adventure hope to do it again in a year or two

Trek 24 looks like a great trek: Sioux+, Pueblano+, Baldy Town+ (Baldy climb), Baldy Skyline, Devils Wash Basin*, Clarks Fork, Cyphers Mine*, Red Hills, Shaefers Pass*

You can see the * camps in my 2006 videos. I went back to Philmont last year ( saw the + camps) and we did Baldy, which was really cool but really hard for old guys like me. I still have lots of video from last year I haven't edited or posted yet. Click my name for other Philmont vids.
