You Go Congressman Cao!!! McKay obviously is playing "stupid" because chances are he ordered their claims department to pay as little as possible, employ delay tactics like those used in litigation cases, or reject claims as often as they can. And according to the BP emails taken, these BP executives knew fully well the dangers when they cut cost to safety equipment, procedures, etc. to save 100 millions dollars. These executives need to do jail time and fined hundreds of billions of dollars!
