OMFGOSH YES!!!! When I first saw the commercial for this game I COULD'VE SWORN it was a up and coming movie! And after getting stressed because I spent a good 20 minutes online looking to pre-order tickets...I stopped....waited for it to register...and my thoughts were "FUCK..this is one of those video-games with a movie quality story board isn't it?"

XD this is gonna be one hell of a movie.

U're absolutely right! what i meant about hitman, is that they completely threw the character in the trashcan and the film was totally out of the hitman "world". The only connection was the baldness, the tattoo and the agency logo. jason statham would've been the perfect choice 4 the role, and since the storyline wasn't complete, they should've waited. the film is a simple action/romantic junk with a sociopath as the main char. all i hope, is that they won't do this to deus ex.

I think if they put enough money into it, the movie can be great. The issue with most video game movies is that there's plot elements you can get away with in games that you can't get away with in movies, which is why they end up being extremely childish and/or dumbed down. The story of Deus Ex, however, is cinematic and philosophical enough to make a movie out of.
