@ElectroMecca Someone I just asked who makes a lot of screencaptured YouTube videos said they use something called Camstudio, and I just looked and this doesn't cost anything... I'm thinking of installing this tonight...

Yeah, I'm looking for such a gizmo too... There's gotta be something someone makes that runs locally on your computer... I'm going to ask some of the people I've seen making these kinds of screenshot videos...

the make money on your videos means that you're so popular that they will now make revenue by having ads on your videos. Basically, they put ads on your videos and u get paid in small fees into a pay-pay account.
Also, sorry to say but I have no experience wit the 15 min problem.
Secondly, if you're looking for another screen recorder I'd suggest FRAPS. The video files can take up a lot of space if you don't optimize recording trough the recording/options menu.
