for all the people saying he was outside the D, if you look at 2:09 exactly you can see the player 1 has moved the ball, and player 2 is still outside the D

@l1v3rp00lfc8 yes, you can do that. but its pretty risky considering everyone will charge after the ball or that the keeper may run out and catch it before the player gets to it

for all of you thinking this isnt a goal.. you peope are stupid and ignorant... FIFA rule states : in a penalty kick, the ball must go forward.. clearly the ball went forward.. and it's not offsides because the other player came from behind.. SO the GOAL IS LEGAL!
