  • wow man you make it look soooo easy

  • @EvBarIsraeL Hey buddy! thanks! The longer you continue to practice, the easier the movements begin to get. All the best on your 2012 training and progress over there! Im gonna check out your channel right now

  • Are the markings on the ground there to simulate the standard distance between parallel bars? Just wondering if your preparing to compete or something. Its amazing what you can do.

  • @hatemeoverthere No competing, i just taped the squares from separating. I do work alot of different widths with pushing or pulling exercises. Narrow grip hspu and planches for tri's, wider than shoulder width for chest, and wide width with very deep range of movement for shoulders on planches and hspu.

  • Why do you prefer body weight work outs over weightlifting? I just got in to working out.

And is it possible get abs like Tyler Durden in Fight Club by doing body weight exercises? (I know I know)

    Thanks

  • @BlodOgTorden Muscle built from bodyweight is much more functional. For starting out it is good to use both weights and bodyweight exercises. And yes all the best and hardest ab exercises tend to be bodyweight exercises, such as dragon flags. Leg raises on the pullup bar and off the floor are 2 good ones that i really like, but form is important on them, and slow steady controled movement so it is effective. Then adding ankle weight later on. Get atleast 4-5 different ab exercises to work on
