@micah1116 And you can have an infinate regression when you relaise that time is non-linear and akin to the universe that it is expanding, that means that in terms of sequencing events you can have an infinate regression. Plus to have an 'uncaused cause' is physically possible and you have failed to give workable examples of an uncaused entity, for you to then testify that we simpley 'won't understand' is a lazy cop out. Science has done more for our understanding of the universe then 'god'.

@micah1116 Wrong, my thoughts feelings and emotions are chemical reactions going on in my brain, modern neuro-science has proven this. Although they aren't 'matter' per se they are, in equivilence of fire, chemical reactions. Gravity is a physical phenomenon created by an understood physica equation, I believe they taught me it in high school. It's not an entity.

You can't have an infinite regression, there has to be a beginning. We are not capable of understanding such things, it would be like a Dog trying to understand our view of life,reality and existence, they are totally different views. We know that we had a beginning and only understand such, God is not a human and did not have a beginning.

@kingcroak Matter has to have a non material cause. Your thoughts,feelings, and emotions are not matter, so how can they exist? God is not made of matter, that's what most people don't understand and can't comprehend, gravitiy is invisible and not material, so how can it exist?
