@stayAU Ofcourse he's not making fun of gay people. He's being self-deprecating by demonstrating that he can't follow a line of logic as well as the prof. That's the joke
@grands1am Right, the 1st proper inference is that you don't like norm or perhaps you didnt like the joke. You can see how thats an easy target although I didn't anticipate that 3rd possibility that your just being sarcastic. Glad I learned something here. By the way, calling someone gay does NOT imply that its a bad thing but I was just joking the whole time anyway, no real insults intended lol
My main point was that you seemed to be inferring from the sarcastic tone of my original comment that I don't like Norm or was ragging on him for the statement about the chicken. I was actually trying to point out how funny that statement is; that Norm specifically goes back to add that detail as if that convinces the audience that it's a real story and just to further mock the format of presenting a clearly fictional scenario as true on a talk show.
@stayAU It was just a joke. I dont think he has anything against the gays either but hes not necessarily making fun of the logicians conclusions because guess what? the whole story is made up for the punchline
No I don't think Norm has anything against being gay. What he is making fun of how illogical it was for this scientist to assume he is heterosexual because he has a dog house. How do you draw one conclusion from a doghouse? He's making fun of that.
@grands1am Based on your initial comment I was able to make an inference. In order to test it's validity I asked you a question. Although, despite your obvious non-prejudice towards gays, you made it clear if I'm to understand it correctly that you are indeed straight on account of the only accurate thing being that you don't own a dog house, implying that the test failed. But based on the tone of your response I can infer using probabilistic logic that your probably gay

@XTheDentist
The only accurate thing about your comment is that I do not literally own a dog house.
Also, you're implying that being gay is a bad thing.
