  • Whats the max i can upgrade. I have the one with 3GB of ram and need more for editing.

  • @xDotzz I believe the max is 8 gigs.

  • What do you need another 2 gigs of RAM for?

  • @FlyingPig1902 just to improve speed and performance.

  • i got a toshiba satellite t135-sp2013l, do u know where is the wifi card, cuz the pc says is unplugged and i wanna know if its true, or maybe burned or something, i opened it up, but i cant find it, in the back it only have 2 "holes" in a matter of speak, and they are: 1, the RAM slot and the hardrive, and it is not under the keyboard either, i was wondering if maybe u know where is it?

  • @Soaroz Ohhh! I used crucial.com to get mine. They have a memory adviser where you put in your model etc, and it gives you options, and it also shows what type (meaning speed, DDR2 or 3, etc). If your laptop is newer, it can probably run DDR3, whereas mine can only run DDR2.

  • @Soaroz Thanks! WHen it comes to RAM, spend as much as you can. I can definitely notice a difference between 2 gigs and 4. If you can afford 4 or more, go for it.

  • @xDotzz For desktops it depends on the motherboard, so i guess it's the same for laptops.

  • i have a satellite a65 s126 and i want to make it a little faster would this be the first step in doing that i bought it used a few weeks ago and as far as i can tell its been wiped fairly clean so i think i have a good base to work with i just want it to perform better and thanks for the video i like doing things myself as much as i can and this really helped, danno615

  • @FlyingPig1902 to help with multitasking. 2 GBs of RAM is just as good as 0 GBs of RAM. if you want to really have a good speed while doing multiple things on your computer, you need AT LEAST 4 GBs of RAM.
