As David Beckham soaked in his moment on Sunday, accepting the BBC Sports Personality of the Year award in Birmingham, England, both he and wife Victoria tried to soak up their happy tears. It was an emotional occasion for the couple, who've been married for more than 11 years. With pictures of a young David playing behind the podium, a teary-eyed Posh held onto her boys and seemed touched with her husband's sweet speech.

Not only has she given me three amazing boys but the support she's given me, she's truly an inspiration so Victoria, Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, thank you."
