can you tell me where they blend in "christian"? I could as well take offense at both the negative "christian" comment and "gay" comment, a put down for both groups of people that have nothing to do with the music. As to the band, I put all but one of the shows in the area and helped with them, played at all but 2 of them in Wichita, What Shel is is real, despite what their beliefs. Mosaic by the way, does more non christian shows than Christian, we respect music, all kinds of music.

This is the only show I couldn't make, I shed a lot of tears with the band before leaving for Tennessee to be with my mother before she died. This is one incredible family, truly incredible as people and as a band.

Hmmm. Not sure I can accurately unpack your comment or accept your definitions without giving them more attention than they deserve.
I can attest SHEL perked up my jaded ears enough to want to put together an unofficial fan page for them, though. To my ear they have a wide variety of influences and put a unique spin on them.
