I finally got it, I have Vista so security connection manager program was not working for me… I use Total Commander for the phone and used it to delete the regestry, it was a bit tricky to find it… the correct path is ” \\plugins\\\registry\hklm\comm\internetsharing\settings\ForceCellConnection”
@Bo6us Unfortunately no. What you would have to do is use an XP machine and install the Microsoft program to that. If you run that on Windows 7 it just crashes.

@rdowdy95 It's cool now. I worked my way around it and downloaded the files the program installed directly and installed them myself.
